Andres M. Velazquez

Andres is one of the most innovative and creative real estate agents in the business. He attributes much of his success to his deep desire for knowledge and passion for the real estate business. With over five years of experience in residential real estate, he has continued to achieve every milestone he has set for himself. 

Andres has learned to combine both aspects of the business, which involve the technical,  analytical side as well as the ability to connect with his clients on an intimate level. His analytical perspective comes from his background being a graduate at the New Jersey Institute of Technology with his focus in the study of Biomedical Engineering. This coupled with his abundance of experience as a residential sales associate has allowed him to mold himself into the ideal agent. From his unique branding on social media to finding new and exciting ways to market homes it has helped push Andres to the forefront of the real estate industry.
