Juan Rivera serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Taylor Lucyk Group, the top luxury real estate team in Bergen County, New Jersey. He leads operations, growth strategy, and overall business performance across the team’s residential and luxury portfolio throughout Northern New Jersey.

With more than two decades of experience in real estate sales and brokerage management, Juan focuses on building the infrastructure that supports consistent growth at scale. His work centers on operational systems, lead management, marketing strategy, and strategic partnerships that drive the marketing and sale of luxury homes.

He plays a key role in expanding the team’s market share across Bergen County, with a focus on high value communities including Paramus, Saddle River, Upper Saddle River, Alpine, Franklin Lakes, Tenafly, Englewood Cliffs, and Ridgewood. A core part of his role is developing agents by implementing clear processes, performance standards, and training that improve consistency, accountability, and results.
