Juan is a highly accomplished real estate professional with two decades of experience in residential sales and brokerage leadership.

 A former brokerage owner and manager of several top-performing offices, Juan brings deep expertise in business development, operational strategy, and agent coaching. Prior to joining Christie’s, he spent over a decade in leadership roles at the Clifton and Fort Lee offices of his previous brokerage. There, he successfully led internal culture transformations that boosted agent productivity, enhanced operational efficiency, and expanded market share year over year.

 Juan began his real estate career as a top-producing agent from 2005–2008 before transitioning into management. His leadership style is centered on creating exceptional agent experiences and leveraging Christie's world-class marketing platform and technology tools to help associates focus on what matters most—growing their business.

 Before entering the real estate industry, Juan worked as a computer and systems engineer, consulting for Fortune 500 companies to develop IT solutions that increased efficiency and delivered cost savings. His background in technology continues to inform his strategic approach in the evolving real estate landscape.
